BEHIND THE SCENE
These objectives of our clinic have been made possible by the determined efforts of the Doctor couple Dr.N.E.Eliya Singhan and Dr.Prabha Eliya Singhan. ( She is also a visiting consultant at Sagar Apollo clinic-Koramangala and also at sagar appollo jayanagar).  Graduating in 1982 from Karnataka University, Dr. Eliya Singhan went on to do his post graduation in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Trinity College, Dublin. Before moving to Dublin, he underwent training at EGMORE Women and Children Hospital (Institute of Obstetrics and Gynaecology), Chennai, India. Later he practiced in Nigeria and Singapore. An accomplished student, Dr.Prabha Eliya Singhan was a gold medallist during her under graduate and postgraduate education in Gynaecology. She has General Medical Registration to practice in the United Kingdom. She has also undergone training at Wales. Further, she has had training at the Department of Materno-Foetal Medicine in George Town Hospital affiliated to the USA. With special interest in high-risk obstetrics, she attends international conferences to keep herself in pace with the latest developments in the field. But the couple was not satisfied with just this. They wanted their expertise to reach our women. Thus EPMC, a women's clinic had its birth. _ |
